Paid for Sports Club Bookings

 

  1. Places at Apex Multisports Sports Clubs will be allocated on a first come, first served basis on receipt of a booking form and payment.
  2. All attendees of the club must complete a booking form providing contact details and any relevant medical information in full. Any medication must be given to an Apex Multisports Coach before the start of a camp.
  3. Should a booking form be received after a club has reached its maximum capacity, Apex Multisports will notify the customer and with their permission, add their details to a waiting list. Should a space become available at the club, the customer will be notified as soon as possible.
  4. Should a child who has paid in advance not be able to make certain sessions of the club, there will be no reimbursement.
  5. Apex Multisports does not accept liability for personal injury or loss of belongings of any participant unless directly caused by the proven negligence of Apex Multisports.
  6. Should a paid for club have less then 10 participants booked; Apex Multisports reserves the right to cancel the club. Customers will be given at least 3 days notice. Wherever possible Apex Multisports will use all reasonable endeavours to offer alternative opportunities.
  7. Customers are required to make arrangements for their child to be collected at the agreed time of the club ending. Should Apex Multisports incur costs due to a customer not collecting their child on time, any costs may be passed onto the customer.
  8. In the unlikely circumstance that you should not be entirely happy with the services that Apex Multisports provides, please contact Stewart Hunt at Apex Multisports immediately. We take great pride in the Sports coaching services that we offer and assure that any complaint will be treated seriously and in confidence.

 

Sports Camp Bookings

 

  1. Places at Apex Multisports Sports Camps will be allocated on a first come, first served basis on receipt of a booking form and payment.
  2. All attendees of the camp must complete a booking form providing contact details and any relevant medical information in full. Any medication must be given to an Apex Multisports Coach before the start of a camp.
  3. Should a booking form be received after a camp has reached its maximum capacity, Apex Multisports will notify the customer and with their permission, add their details to a waiting list. Should a space become available on the camp, the customer will be notified as soon as possible.
  4. Apex Multisports will offer customers a refund, less an administration fee of £2.50, should your child not be able to attend the camp for whatever reason e.g. due to illness. This is providing customers contact Apex Multisports on or before the day of the booking in writing (stewart@apexmultisports.co.uk) or by telephone to Stewart Hunt (07887 735 385). For the avoidance of doubt refunds will not be offered to customers who contact Apex Multisports after the day of the camp that they were unable to attend.
  5. Apex Multisports does not accept liability for personal injury or loss of belongings of any participant unless directly caused by the proven negligence of Apex Multisports.

Should this not be possible, a full refund will be given and a ‘free’ credit note for 1 day at any public Apex Multisports Camp in the future.
