T's and C's

Terms and Conditions

1) Places at Apex Clubs, Workshops and Camps will be allocated on a first come, first served basis on receipt of a booking form and payment.

2) All attendees of a Camp or Club must complete a booking form providing contact details and any relevant medical information in full. Any medication must be given to an Apex Coach before the start of a Camp or Club.

3) Should a booking form be received after a Camp or Club has reached its maximum capacity, Apex will notify the customer and with their permission, add their details to a waiting list. Should a space become available on the Camp or Club, the customer will be notified as soon as possible.

4) Apex will offer customers a refund, less an administration fee of £2.50, should your child not be able to attend a Camp or Club for whatever reason e.g. due to illness. This is providing customers contact Apex on or before the day of the booking in writing (stewart.hunt@apexmultisports.co.uk) or by telephone to Stewart Hunt (07887 735 385).

For the avoidance of doubt refunds will not be offered to customers who contact Apex after the day of the camp that they were unable to attend.

5) Apex nor any personnel authorised by it, nor the school or facility at which the course is being held, will be held responsible for any loss or injury suffered by, or to, the applicant, however caused.

6) Should an Apex Camp or Club have less than 10 participants booked, Apex reserves the right to cancel the Camp or Club. Customers will be given at least 3 days’ notice. Wherever possible Apex will use all reasonable endeavours to offer alternative opportunities.

Should this not be possible, a full refund will be given and a ‘free’ credit note for 1 day at any public Apex Camp in the future will be offered.

7) Customers are required to make arrangements for their child to be collected at the agreed time of the Apex Camp or Club ending. Should Apex incur costs due to a customer not collecting their child on time, any costs may be passed onto the customer.

8) In the unlikely event that an Apex Camp or Club would have to be cancelled due to inclement weather or due to circumstances beyond our control, Apex will not be able to offer a refund or a payment in kind.

9) Should a cheque payment be returned by a customers Bank, the customer will be asked to re-pay the amount of the original cheque and an additional banking charge of £7.50 that Apex has to pay it’s Bank should this happen.

10) In the unlikely circumstance that you should not be entirely happy with the services that Apex provides, please contact Stewart Hunt, Director at Apex immediately. We take great pride in the Sports coaching services that we provide and assure that any complaint will be treated seriously and in confidence.
